A student of Naam Yoga. “Naam” means the Divine Word. In practice we chant while exercising. There is a lot of great music and laughter in every class. I am currently taking an 8 month Teacher Training course in New York City.
I love making music and paintings and just walking through Manhattan. I have lived here since I was 19. And of course, an occasional night out with friends.
